Terms and Conditions for Booking a Play Session

These Terms and Conditions govern the booking of play sessions at MVP (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Confirmation
1.1 A booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full, and you receive a confirmation email from us.

1.2 If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of making your booking, please contact us.

2. Payment
2.1 All payments must be made at the time of booking via our accepted payment methods.

2.2 Prices are subject to change, but once your booking is confirmed, the price will remain as stated at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations made 7 days in advance of the booking date will receive a full refund.

3.2 Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance may be subject to no refund but a play session can be rescheduled depending on our policy.

3.3 We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide a full refund in such cases.

4. Attendance
4.1 All participants must arrive at their scheduled play session. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time without refund.

4.2 Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of children at all times during the session.

5. Health and Safety
5.1 Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by our staff.

5.2 We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who poses a risk to themselves or others or does not comply with our health and safety policies.

6. Liability
6.1 MVP shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings incurred during a play session, except where caused by our negligence.

6.2 Participants engage in activities at their own risk.

7. Personal Data
7.1 We will collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

8. Changes to Terms
8.1 We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
